So many of us have stress or are in the middle of stressful situations. And during those times, I see so many people drop the things in their lives that they should actually be doubling down on. With my cancer relapse, I can testify to the power of squashing the false belief around stress. It puts the ball back in your court. Stop allowing stressors in your life to stop you from reaching your goals. It’s an excuse that MUST stop.
